Introductory provisions and purpose
Linaset, a.s. maintains a database of jobseekers and processes personal data of jobseekers. This document provides you with information on the processing of personal data and your rights related to the processing.
Personal Data Controller
The personal data controller is the Company, i.e. Linaset, a.s., Company Identification Number: 47674687, with its registered office at Budišov nad Budišovkou, Československé armády 362, 747 87, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section B, Insert 673. The person responsible for the processing and protection of personal data within the Company is the Data Protection Officer, who may be contacted by the jobseeker as indicated below.
Authorization to process personal data
Linaset, a.s. maintains a database of jobseekers and processes personal data of jobseekers, based on the applicant's request and inclusion and maintenance in the database of jobseekers and consent to the processing of personal data.
Purpose of personal data processing
The Company processes personal data of jobseekers for the purpose of including and maintaining jobseekers in the database of jobseekers in Linaset, a.s., especially for mutual communication and participation in other recruitment processes or selection procedures and for the purpose of re-addressing a vacant position in the future.
Personal data sources
The Company obtains most of the personal data mainly directly from the jobseeker, through a CV or other documentation or through an oral interview or other communication regarding the job offer. The Company may also obtain other personal data from other sources, in particular from third parties (e.g. current or former employer, contact persons listed in the references), from publicly available registers of records (e.g. commercial register, trade register, insolvency register ), from publicly available profiles on social networks or from other publicly available sources.
Transfer and communication of personal data to third parties
Your personal data may be provided to Job Portal Operators and Personnel Agencies and, upon request, to public authorities, in particular courts, the Police of the Czech Republic and other law enforcement agencies, to the extent necessary and within the limits of the law. Personal data is not transferred to other entities outside the European Union.

Form of personal data processing, personal data security
The Company processes personal data manually and automatically, both in paper and electronic form. However, the Company does not perform automated decision-making, including profiling, in the processing of personal data.
Duration of the retention of personal data
3 years from the date of consent
Rights of data subjects (jobseekers)
In connection with the processing of personal data, jobseekers acquire the following rights against the Company: the right to information and access to personal data; the right to the data portability; the right to restriction of personal data processing; the right to rectification and erasure of personal data; the right to information concerning the rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data; the right to exclusion from profiling; the right to withdraw consent to the personal data processing; the right to object; the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection with their suggestions or complaints.

The Company will process the request free of charge; however, if the jobseeker's requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive (in particular because of their repetitive character), the Company may either: charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the required information or communication or taking the required action, or refuse to act on the request.
Right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection with your complaint:
Without prejudice to any other means of administrative or judicial protection, the jobseeker shall, if he or she considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her does not comply with the relevant legislation, have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the area of personal data protection, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, with its registered office at Pplk.
