TraditionLinaset has been in business for 65 years, since 1956. We are a traditional provider for automotive and other industries. We produce high-quality technical mouldings, injection moulds for processing of thermoplastics and thermosets and complete structural assemblies and finished products.

EmployeesAt the end of 2019, we had 687 employees in two plants. Technicians, workers, managers and administrative staff. People are the most important asset we have and that is why we invest in their further education and personal development.

Production CapacityThe total production capacity of our two plants is 10,000 m2. The production area includes the recently opened modern plastic injection moulding production plant, assembly workplaces, a thermoset injection and pressing plant, a tool shop, warehouses and a logistics center.

Quality ControlIn 1994, we were certified by RW TÜV Essen for quality management according to ISO 9001 standards, as the first plastics company in the Czech Republic. Today we have implemented an integrated management system according to the IATF 16949: 2016, EN ISO 9001: 2015, EN ISO 14001: 2015 and BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 standards.

SalesIn 2019, in a difficult competitive environment, we were able to generate turnover of CZK 936 million. We are still growing and our sales are increasing by an average of 4 % per year.

InvestmentsThe average amount of investments from 2017 to 2019 was 15.2% of the company's turnover. We are developing and continuously investing in production capacities, information technology, state-of-the-art machines and equipment.
